14-Day Refund Window

Cultivation Path offers a 14-day refund window for paid digital products. Requests should include the order email address, product name, and a short description of the issue.

Eligible Reasons

Eligible reasons include duplicate purchases, accidental purchases, technical delivery problems, access issues that cannot be resolved, or a product materially different from its description.

Paddle Orders

Payments may be processed by Paddle. Refunds may be handled through Paddle order support or through Cultivation Path support.
